Definitely feeling a bit unloved by MS here :-(

 

I also know people who have received this email offer and it is something that I would be extremely interested in.

I am not sure if there is a specific criteria for who receives this offer, but it seems to suggest some customers are more valued than others as per the wording in the offer.

 

Same here surely everyone should be getting this offer not just a select few?

 

I also wanted to get this offer but I didn't receive an email and I don't understand why only some people have received emails. Why have so many people been left out on this deal?

 

Yep very bizarre. I had Gold family for years, been through about 4 360s and nothing...

 

Ditto, consoles registered, tablets bought through Microsoft.com but MS do nothing but kick sand in your face by cherry picking random subjects

 

Since that is not a Rewards program offer, this would be the wrong forum for that. Generally offers are emailed at random and to different accounts for different reasons. There are no specific requirements to receive them.

Since that would be a purchase through the Microsoft Store, you may want to try contacting their customer service to see about getting the same deal.

 

I have chatted with a Xbox support member which have told me to ask here.....I suppose they know what they are saying

 

Actually phone and chat support typically send people here when it comes to promotions or the Rewards program because they don't handle those and do not have correct information when it comes to those. Rewards support only handles issues directly related
to the Rewards program. That offer is not an offer from the Rewards program, so this would not be the correct forum.

You can try posting here -
forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx but as I said, since the purchase would most likely be made through the Microsoft Store and not through Xbox, it would be best to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store.

 

I spoke also with the Microsoft store members and they told me to speak with the xbox members....so to me looks absurde that no one knows....I feel like they are fooling me.....so now I'm on this forum and I want that someone of the official team take in
care of my request and give me a correct information....an email address to complain about that....pLeAsE!
