Xbox one System update never completed now it has system error

UPDATE: Now that the free map pack is out, I am the only one that can play multiplayer on the second system. Any of my kids try to play, they get the error that the host has DLC that we don't have, although it is already downloaded on that system.

So this has now gone from an annoying problem, to making the game completely unplayable on more than one system. Why did I buy two copies of the game if I can't utilize both copies?

I just received my xbox one console back because of the important system update message. It stopped me from updating. They told me my system was one that needed to be repaired or replaced.When i sent my system it was in top shape but when it was shipped
back they sent the system back saying that it was tampered with. A brand new system never used a hard copied disc and played digital copies before that system update message. Xbox serviced

to click on "I NEED TO TROUBLESHOOT A SYSTEM UPDATE ERROR". Follow the step-by-step guide on how best to resolve the issue based on the "...ERROR MESSAGE OR AN ERROR CODE" that is being displayed on your Xbox. Or, you have the option of doing an Offline System
Update, aka
OSU1 . Just click on "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE" at the same webpage and follow that step-by-step guide to do a complete system update. Also, Xbox Ambassador Scrtch has a very good YouTube video on how to do an OUS1 at Scratch Plays. Just search
