For the first month my Xbox One worked perfectly fine until last week when I started having problems. My Xbox one shuts off randomly when playing. Sometimes it will shut off a few seconds after power up and other times when I launch a game. Now my T.V.
won't even display anything when I turn my xbox on. It's not my T.V. either because my PS3 works perfectly fine on it. Anybody know a solution? I made a order for microsoft to replace my xbox one but for some reason I can't get all the way through the process
    without the website *** up.

    :)

You do havea choice sijce you signed up for the beta thats why you got it

Dont sign up for the preview

The preview is a beta as you did sign the aggreement

You have to opt out in the preview app then wait 72hours or longer once removed you have to factory reset your console

Back up all your data on an external drive first

Hey there Ghost! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

Is your console plugged into a surge protect or power strip? If so, I suggest giving these steps a shot:

    • Power the console off.
    • Unplug the console from the outlet.
    • Leave the console unplugged for 3 minutes.
    • Plug the console directly into a wall power outlet (not into a power strip, this is just for testing purposes to make sure it's getting enough power).
    • Power the console on and see if the issue persists.
    • If it does, try putting the console in power save mode (rather than instant on mode) if it isn't already.

If the issue still persists, it may be in need of a repair. What issues are you seeing when you try to set up a repair with the website? Have you tried using the
Contact Us page to set up a support call with a repair specialist and set the repair up there?

Let us know how everything goes! We'll be standing by to hear back from you! ^_^

  5. I tried all of that but it still didn't work. I finally got through the process for Microsoft sending me a new console, which I got today. Thanks!
