    Xbox one System error


    My Xbox one is new

    First start asked for update then update error appeared on screen

    I searched for error code and started offline system update with OSU2 on usb as per help pagr instructions & OS Version then console asked for another update i downloaded OSU1 and started 2nd update

    Screen stuck on 74% when i shutdown the console and tried to go startup menu or reinstall OSU1 again , i got message system error "e100" and sometimes error "e101"

    What can i do next ??

    I think it time to fix it. But fefore u do. Used eorro code search in support subsite. And see there anything u can do to fix it without sending it in. And all troubleshoot fail. The number in US and CANADA is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
