Xbox One System error/ loosing saved game

Hi

Ive been having serouis problems with my xbox one these least couple of months as sometimes i turn it on i get an (system error: E105) so i reset my xbox and whilst it is resetting it automatically turns off, so i turn it back on and then it comes up with
(system error: E105), i have reset it twice is there any chance my xbox could be internally damaged? Or any major problems?

Second question: sometimes when i am playing games, my xbox stops me from saving games and tells me to clear my local saved games, which i do but when it restarts and im playing the same game it tells me to do it again, does anyone know why it keeps doing
this?

Hi there,

For the first problem, check the startup troubleshooter, it might help.

For the second problem, I would try a
factory reset keeping games and apps. It might also fix your first problem at this point.

I'd say try directly a factory reset!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this startup error.

If you do get that error consistently and resetting it doesn't resolve the problem, then it would in fact be a sign of a hardware problem that would need to be serviced.

If it's happening often, I would suggest creating a repair order either through

Device Support or by contacting
customer support directly.

Hi there, sorry you are having issues.

It sounds like your xbox needs a factory reset. This is the troubleshooter solution for your E105 error. Please make sure you read it thoroughally as this will wipe everything from your console. As you've already tried resetting numerous times I'm afraid
this is the next option available.

then basically yes you are gonna loose everything but only the saves your game score, anything you ever downloaded to that account will be on the live servers. just recover your game tag to the repaired system, you only loose your saves sadly.

Which game? It will be so bad to loose everything after 2 years. so sorry. Have you tied this:

Try Settings. Select All settings. Select System and then select Storage. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage. Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)
