    gamertag . Received a suspension on his account on tuesday 16th jan. Been with xbox for years snd never been banned before completely unaware why as the people he plays with are not banned. If anything was done or said then i can guarantee this
    will not be happening again.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & length of the suspension or you can check on the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.
