    XBOX ONE SUSPENSION


    MY GAMERTAG IS ON XBOX ONE. MY LAST BAN WAS SET ON AUGUST 10, 2017 AND IT IS NOW OCTOBER 29, 2017 AND MY BAN HAS NOT BEEN LIFTED. SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO IN ORDER TO GET MY ACCOUNT LIFTED OF THIS BAN THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE GONE 2 MONTHS AGO!!!

    It's possible your enforcement action is still in effect. Have you seen any email recently about the enforcement action with an end date? If not, our chat/phone teams can tell you more about when it ends, if you're not seeing it listed on
    enforcement.xbox.com. They can't give you details about the enforcement action though. You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team
