    Xbox One stuck on home screen


    Posting this because im having trouble with my console. So basically, im stuck on the home screen and cant start any applications. I have tried the hard reset method, and still no luck. Every time I try to navigate through tabs on my dashboard, it freezes
    and I cant select anything even after re-opening it. I cant even connect to internet!

    I would appreciate some answers

    I noticed that something was still running inside the console even when I turned it off, so a simple unplug looks like it did the job.

    God these Xbox systems are so glitchy, no where near as refined as Playstation...nothing but niggles all the time. really wish id stuck with Sony tbh :(

    Glad to see you figured it out. For future reference you can hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds to also force a shut down.
