    Xbox One Stuck on E101 & E100 Errors Loop


    Hi all,

    Please help me out solving this issue where my Xbox One was stuck in a Green Xbox One homescreen and then on restarting it several times, it entered an error mode and since then, i have tried factory resets, manual update OSU1 and also OSU2.

    On Error 101 screen, on trying OSU1, it completes the Installation and verification but does not apply and restarts with error E100.

    please help me someone.

    Here's my problem

    Every time I turn on my Xbox one I get an E100 error (E100 0000070D 8B050001 to be exact) I have tried both of the offline system update files but here's where it gets interesting, when I try to do OSU2 I don't get an E100 error, I get an E101 error. Any
    ideas, help or suggestions?

    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool

    The e101 error doesnt mean it needs to be repaired.... The e100 error means it needs to be repaired. E101 is you downloaded the wrong update and you need to download the correct one and try again. Then it should work properly

    I have tried the steps for both error codes E100 and E101, problem was not solved. I believe it could be corrupted files in the hard drive.

    Is there an error code on the bottom?

    It may be large number (with spaces and probably many 0's) that would start with 'E'. (e.g. E100, E200, E101, etc...)
