xbox one stores game clips wont play.

I got my xbox one today.Game clips from games in the xbox ones store wont play.When they do play,they will just play for 2 seconds and stop like it freezes or is endlessly buffering. I can fast forward the video and rewind the video judging by the videos
time stamp bar ,but the screen shot that it froze on stays the same.Maybe jumping to another freeze frame of the video after I hit stop and start a few times.I have decent internet.I am also installing a game while trying to watch them if that matters.Why
is it giving me so much trouble trying to watch a 30 second game clip video..

External Video Editing?

But am i doing it right???? I rendered the video as an mp4 like how xbox clips are formated... but when I go to the game dvr section and hit share it gives me the error that it wont accept games that are not from the xbox store or windows store.. yet i edited
a game that i downloaded "FROM" my xbox clips..

Or is their another way to go about doing this?

xbox app on windows 10 wont let me upload game clips ive checked my privacy and ive never been warned on xbox live and it is a clip of world of tanks blitz a xbox/windows store app please help

Game's not officially out yet so it wont show your achievements or recorded clips.

It was there for pre order on the U.K. store,don't know if it still is.

If you are playing on xbox one you wont have access to it as it is an xbox 360 game and you cant access the 360 store on the xbox one
