    Xbox one store problem


    Hi I have an issue with my store app. When entering a screen for a app purchase the screen appears to be cut off at the top, I cannot see any preview video and more importantly I cannot purchase any apps as the purchase buttons are on this upper part of
    the screen. I have seen nothing about this fault on any online searches. Help please

    I have been having the exact same issue and haven't found any fix yet either sometimes it does it and other times it's fine

    Hi Federico,

    With this you will need to request a call from support then. As we here on the forums don't have the tools to handle this further.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
