    The Xbox One Store experience is absolutely horrible. Let me first say that I am and have been a fan of Microsoft and Xbox for years and years. I have been playing Xbox since the very first console released. I'm extremely baffled as to how the store lagging
    problem has gone on for as long as it has. I have discussed this with at least 12 other Xbox One owners who all have the same problems. Consoles range from the first released Xbox One Console to the latest iterations of the console. They all have problems
    with the store running slow. I have a solid 80-100mbs internet connection with my xbox as priority. I have done many tests to try and figure out why this is happening. The only conclusion I can come up with is that it is not anything us consumers are doing
    wrong.... it is the Xbox Store itself that just simply performs like it is covered in molasses. I can't even tell you how many sales have been lost from my self or my peers just because it is so easy to get fed up with trying to navigate this store. Can anyone
    do anything about this. Please? I promise your store sales will increase with a complete overhaul. I am only here writing this because it has aggravated me to the point where i want to pour a gallon of water into my Xbox and be done with it. This sh!t is just
    unacceptable and just outrageous. Its 2017 and we can't have a smooth non lagged store experience? I apologize for the tone in my writing here, im sure anyone who tries to browse the store understands. I want to continue to be a fan of Xbox and I do plan to
    buy an Xbox One X, I only complain in hopes of a better future. I just hope that my mentality in planning to buy an Xbox One X doesn't 'enable' the lack of attention we are seeing with the whole Xbox Experience.

    Dashboard laggy

    Xbox one dashboard is laggy,slow and needs a total overhaul. Just moving between the tabs between home and store lags and I don't even use game pass or mixer so why can't I just remove those. Please make some kind of performance
    mode for dashboard where you have less features and better performance or just make it faster for all players.

    Lag after 7 years.

    Garbage game is GARBAGE on 360. 360 is for bad players who cant afford a pc or cant use a mouse. Enjoy your crappy laggy garbage p2p.

    Thank you for brining it to our attention.

    From your console please check for store updates in the update section.

    Performing a hard reset of your Xbox One console will clear your consoles cache and once completed, should allow access to the online store. To perform this: With the console is powered on, hold the power button for 10 seconds. Once the console powers off, reboot and your cache will be cleared

    If the issue is from xbox side a fix will roll out soon.
