    I have been looking for a game that was released earlier this year on to xbox one but theres no trace of it and the only place I have seemed to find it is on steam has anyone else had any luck seeing it at any point in time for the xbox one.

    Can't pin store items since August update.

    I use pins on my Xbox One Home screen to keep track of games I am interested in but have not bought yet. Ever since the August 2016 update, I can't add store items to my pins. The option in the new store interface just isn't there anymore. Am I missing something?

    The Xbox support site only lists how to pin items from my installed games and apps. And so far searching the support forums has not turned up anything.

    Problems purchasing stuff of store

    Hi im having trouble purchasing items off the Xbox live store I go to buy an item and it tells me this purchase has to be made from my Xbox one and I am making this purchase on my Xbox one. It happens with all backwards compatible games and any items in
    the avatar store. Can someone please help

    the only thing that I could recommend for you to do is contact Microsoft or the store that you got it from K.

    i also can not download a missing datapack due to the same Microsoft Store error code. However i also receive the 0x00000007 error code as well. Both prevent opening any items detail in the store

    Issues Adding Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible Games to my Xbox Live Account for use on Xbox One

    Sounds like you have no saved form of payment on the 360 side of things which is required for all 360 store items even free items.

    The 360 store and the Xbox One store are two different infrastructures that as yet, don't speak to each other so what you are able to do in the Xbox One store does not carry over. Check that you have a form of payment attached to your 360 store account.
