Contact Xbox Customer Support so that they can assist you with stopping the charges coming from your account.

The problem is I don't have anymore Microsoft account from that payment . How I can cancel the payment.

If by payments you mean Xbox live, then what you want to do is log into your Microsoft account and then go to your subscription tab. There you should find all the things you're subscribing to, click on the manage subscription tab.
There you should be able to deactivate the Xbox live subscription.
