Xbox One: State of Decay 2 won't start, even after re-install

I would contact xbox customer service directly to see if they can troubleshoot any hardware issues.

local saves (not Cloud data, but only "Delete from console" option) and restart the game.

Does your PC meet the minimum required specs for State of Decay 2? One possible explanation is your PC cannot run it and so the game fails to start.

In any case, reboot your PC and have another go and let us know how you get on.
