Xbox one starts at a low resolution after factory reset and also starts at a DV13 format

This also happens after i reset the console to factory and once i have to set the Xbox back i get it at a low resolution and after the steps it starts the dashboard at something like a DV13 format or something and i end up fixing it at the settings under
tv and display settings

I would set try to set the display and sound settings on console, set tv type to Auto, after that UNPLUG HDMI cable from both ends, now UNPLUG POWER to CONSOLE and TV - then wait 2 mins, plug power back in for TV, now use a DIFFERENT HDMI cable - then
plug power back in for CONSOLE, turn on and now see if any change, also try a different HDMI PORT on TV. after test to see if any change.

You can reset to factory default settings but it is in the system settings so you need to be able to see what you are doing so you can navigate the menus, unlike the low resolution mode boot up. Would be nice if they maybe added a button configuration to
reset to factory defaults on start up like the low res mode since a few people have had this problem.

You should be able to factory reset. Have you tried holding down the power button on the XBOX for 10 seconds to get it to reset and boot into low resolution mode? Then try from there to go to the factory reset option. You will lose your apps and have
to re-download them, but all your game saves will be available after from the Xbox live cloud.
