    Xbox One Spotify Problems

So, I've used Spotify on my Xbox for a few years and have never really had a problem with it. Then, when I was playing a game online with some friends, it started acting up. Usually, when I push the home button and scroll to Spotify I could see the song I'm currently playing and other selections but, for some reason, the app is just remaining as if it was never open. The music still plays but I am unable to pick a new song from the home menu or even pause it. I can quit the app as if it's open but I have to manually relaunch the app every time I want to pause or change the song. Other than it being inconvenient is there anyone else who has had this problem? If so, is there a way to fix it?

You might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again, to see if it corrects the issue!

I have same problem with you,but I serched on internet and knew that we would convert the Spotify Music to MP3/WAV/FLAC etc and then add to xbox .I would recommend this Spotify
Music Converter which solved my problem.

Adding Spotify App to XboxOne (Music)

Xbox music is nowhere near as user friendly as Spotify is. The problem has already been mentioned here though. Microsoft is not going to allow Spotify to introduce an app for Xbox One because it will pull away from their revenue from Xbox Music. If Xbox
Music was able to create playlists and explore new music easier, it might not be such a flop by Microsoft once again.

    1. Download Spotify from the Microsoft Store on your Xbox One.
    2. Log in one of these three ways to play:
      • With
        Spotify Connect .
      • With your Spotify email address and password.

Note: If you usually log in with Facebook, use Spotify Connect to log in instead.
      • Select LOG IN WITH PIN. Then, on your phone or computer, go to
www.spotify.com/pair and enter the pin you see on your screen.
