Xbox One speeds

Discus and support Xbox One speeds in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I work for an ISP provider and have a number of 1 gig customers that are complaining that they can not get the one gig speeds through their Xbox One....     Xbox One speeds


    I work for an ISP provider and have a number of 1 gig customers that are complaining that they can not get the one gig speeds through their Xbox One. They are only able to see speeds of 50 to 70 Meg down through the Xbox console. When we run a speed
    test on our laptop we are getting over 900 Meg. Would you be able to tell me if the gaming and down load speeds are some how limited by Microsoft or the console it's self?
