    Xbox One Special Addition (China)


    We've purchased an Xbox on Trademe. It appears to be a limited edition released in China. We're unable to get into any settings, to change the language into English. Can you direct us to where we might find a solution?

    It's probably just some skin, I don't think it's anything rare though.

    Unfortunately Chinese Xbox Ones are region locked so they can't be changed.

    Do you know what year this Xbox is?

    To the best of my knowledge, there is no English option and the early consoles were region locked (until 2015 or 2016?). I don’t remember if the consoles had content restrictions or not.

    This Xbox might be more trouble than it is worth. Can you return it? That would probably be your best option.

    This Xbox might be more trouble than it is worth. Can you return it? That would probably be your best option.
