I and going to assume that the desire is for the headset that comes with the system, you want to use while the controller is wired into the PC.

The default headset is onl for chat purposes and does not play audio from the xbox one so it would not on a PC either.

PC drivers and hardware to my knowledge has never supported sound in either direction through a controller.

Now the Official Xbox Stereo Headset just needs to be plugged into the audio jack on a PC. Depending upon your sound card, some or all features will work just fine.

I'm planning to buy logitech g933 because it 7.1 surround sound.I want to use 7.1 surround sound on xbox one.The xbox one can't use usb headset.Yeah,Xbox have dobly atmos but not very games.Most the games i play doesn't support dobly atmos.I think studio

If I'm understanding you correctly you'll be using this headset on PC to play Xbox One games streamed from your Xbox One using the console companion? With the headset on PC it's a fake 7.1 anyway simulated by software, if the games don't have a mix for 7.1
then no, it won't be able to do 7.1. You may get the surround sound mix it has but, again, it's simulated by the software for the headset.

Beispielsweise kannst Du über den Xbox Wireless Adapter für Windows 10 oder via Bluetooth den Controller drahtlos mit Windows 10 Verbinden. Bei Windows 7/8.1 wird diese Art der drahtlosen Verbindung "nicht unterstützt".

Ebenso wird angeschlossenes Controllerzubehör (z.B. das Chatpad) nicht über eine Bluetooth Verbindung unterstützt. Über USB oder Xbox Wireless Adapter jedoch schon.

Über den Wireless Adapter und USB Verbindung kannst Du den Game Sound an den Controller und ein dort angeschlossenes Headset übertragen. Über Bluetooth kannst Du nur Sprach Chat an das Controller Headset bekommen. Und unter Windows 7/8.1 geht generell kein
Game Sound über den Controller.

For example, you can connect the Elite 2 Controller wireless via Bluetooth or Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 only on Windows 10. For Windows 7/8.1 that type of wireless connection is not supported.

Additionally connected controller accessories (e.g. the Chatpad) are not supported via Bluetooth. But are supported via Xbox Wireless Adapter.

You can listen to game sound through a headset connected to the controller only via USB or Xbox Wireless Adapter. But via Bluetooth only voice chat is supported. And on Windows 7/8.1 game sound isn't possible at all through the controller.

Hi there B5K5 welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. If you got 2 separate speaker drivers in sound settings disable the one that uses your pc speakers

Go to windows search bar and type sound settings will take you there

Click on sound control panel from there unplug your headset first so you know which one is the pc speaker and disable that before you plug your headset back in
