Xbox One signal problem

So last night I went to turn my Xbox on. As it was signing in i accidentally back out. So i just go to sign in like normally, but then it started to take longer than usual. After about a minute or two i decide to restart the console figuring that will help. But then it tells me there is no signal and to check the source and see if power is plugged in. The console works i can hear the fan start up i can eject and load game discs. There is just no sound or picture. Today i tried three different tvs and three different HDMI cables none if them work. It just stays on as well i have to press and hold the power to turn it off not just a quick push. Any help will be appreciated

Buddu, may I know if you tried power cycling your console to see if maybe that does the trick?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If that doesn't work, may I know if you tried connecting the console to a completely different power outlet or connect it in a different room?

I don't have the problems that you have, I just have the problem that my TV overrides the xbox ones signal and my receiver goes to TV sound instead of the xbox. It is very annoying. Going through HDMI does not give me DTS sound to the receiver because the
xbox is sending a completely uncompressed signal (PCM) to the receiver. Then I can manipulate the signal how I want to on the receiver.

Mine one is PTCL. Can signal issue be a problem? Or if i connect my xbox via wired internet?

There is a setting to turn the X Box off after 1 or 6 hours of inactivity (Soon to be more time options.). I believe the default is set to 6.

I started having the same thing today but the reset doesn't solve problem. Only has been used a few times since Christmas. Very frustrating to say the least
