Xbox One si accende ma non si avvia. HELP[Translation-Xbox One turns on but won't start. HELP]

L'xbox si accende ma non si avvia / il monitor non mostra nessun segnale.
Il cavo HDMI è funzionante (funziona con un altro dispositivo acceso).
Se tengo premuto il pulsante xbox di un controller wired l'xbox si accende ma non cambia nulla; la particolarit è che il controller wired non accende le sue luci normalmente (lo fa se lo collego a un'altro dispositivo acceso).
Ho cercato soluzioni sulla pagina di supporto e nella sezione più compatibile al mio problema ho seguito tutte le istruzioni; il problema sorge quando mi dice di tenere premuto il pulsante per espellere un disco e quello xbox: come previsto si sente il
primo segnale acustico ma dopo dieci secondi non si sente il secondo segnale acustico di cui parla il paragrafo; in ogni caso non ha alterato il problema in nessun modo.
Se lascio l'xbox accesa senza fare nulla non si spegne da sola; la posso spegnere tramite un arresto forzato (tenendo premuto il pulsante xbox per parecchio tempo).

Non ho a disposizione un altro alimentatore compatibile per fare prove.

If I leave the xbox on without doing anything it does not turn off on its own; I can turn it off by force-forced shutdown (holding down the xbox button for a long time).
