    Xbox one shutting off as soon as I put a disk in


    When I put a game in my Xbox shuts off. I've cleaned the disk. Tried again same thing. Tried a different game and I was able to play so I tried a 3rd game and the Xbox shuts off again. How/ is this happening?

    xbox one turning off as soon as i load a game. Please help . Already formatted with only games and apps. Still not resolved.

    Soon as I put in GTA 5 my xbox has one red ring of death...But when I take it out it boots up fine, all other games play perfectly...

    But I already said, soon as I put in the disc it crashes the xbox...I can't install/play disk cause it red rings SOON as I put it in the xbox and it starts to read it.

    Soon as I put in GTA 5 my xbox has one red ring of death...But when I take it out it boots up fine, all other games play perfectly...

    But I already said, soon as I put in the disc it crashes the xbox...I can't install/play disk cause it red rings SOON as I put it in the xbox and it starts to read it.

    Thanks for the reply. Like I say I don't need to uninstall it as soon as I put the disk in its fine and finishes off the install. Just weird!

    Plugging in headset makes controller turn off...

    Mine automatically shuts off as soon as the headset is plugged in. it doesn't matter if I put in new batteries or the play and charge kit. It only does it on one remote though, so I imagine it is not the headset itself.
