    Xbox One shutting off after one second and I dont know what to do, any help?


    My Xbox One is shutting off after one second and my brother said it might be the hard drive and we went to game stop and they said it was fine and I got home and tried to get on it and it totally shut off again and again.

    Since this began have you also tried a full power cycle on your Xbox One? To power cycle your console hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until the Xbox One shuts off. After the console is off, wait 30 seconds and power it back on.

    Let us know if that helps clear up the trouble with launching the game.

    Yes they do, i dont believe i have any third party firewalls running at all. and the one with the mac is shut off.
