So i just bought my xbox one and in the bottom of the download screen, theres a text that says i can put input a code to speed up the process of this, however when i went to the site it gave me, i couldnt find the place or page to input the code.

As a the purchase of a new xbox, generally there are not alternatives to onstalling and setting up your xbox. Its best to wait it out and avoid being redirected to input codes.

Its best to use the xbox xpp on your phone, you log in to the app, setup all.your details and preferences and once its all done you wint need to donit again on your Xbox.

Things like that can be misleading. If you want updates to start working faster, I would connect an ethernet connection to your Xbox so you can get a direct internet connection.

The code wouldn't speed up the update, it's mainly for settings that you may have had on a previous Xbox One. It would just transfer those settings over to the new console.

So are you trying to set up your brand new xbox? If so id say that maybe what you need to do is just go back to the store you got it from and return it and get another one. I would also try https://support.xbox.com/ again
to make sure there isnt anything that will help you there.
