    So, I just bought this one. In fact, it just arrived a couple of hours ago. Now I won't even begin to complain that the cable for the charge kit and the port on the controller don't match because there is an even bigger problem. Basically, all Fifa's have
    the same issue and I can confirm it is not an origin or steam thing as I have tested it with a version of Fifa 19 that requires neither.

    The Problem: In-game, the controller shows up as 2 controllers. It also operates as two controllers meaning if I scroll left it goes left twice. In menus, it is like playing the lottery. It is a hit or miss situation as it is stuck scrolling down regardless
    of my input. At one point the controller wouldn't even turn off and I had to actually Alt+F4 the game to regain control. Now I haven't tested the controller with the charge and play kit as yet for the same reason mentioned above (Cable that came with the kit
    is a USB B(mini) and the port on the controller is for USb-C) but I assume it would be the same result. I'm posting here because after searching the web for hours it seems everyone else has the problem but no one has the solution.

    I am running windows 10, the latest drivers as far as my computer is concerned. As for the controller, I can't say whether it needs an update or not because it connects fine and works in every other game (oddly enough not in Arma 3 but I think I'm the one
    that needs to set it up as it works in the settings just fine.) but in Xbox Accessories I can't click on the 3 dots to see more options and scrolling down it says in tiny writing that I need a cable to configure it so... It works fine when tested in that
    same app though via the test option. Any ideas?

    That's a Series X/S controller right? I think I have the same issue. Pretty sure its related to the same problem many people had just getting these controllers to work on Windows 10 via BT.

    For moment we're just going to have to leave it and hope they fix it with a Windows update. I don't use my Series X controller much on PC as I've got two other Xbox One controllers.

    Thank you for the response but my controller is completely up to date. It actually just happened for the first time again with the xbox one x controller I was using. I think it's built in to the xbox series x/one x/one to stop recording if the controller is disconnected which causes this issue and makes the footage unusable. Not sure if you have a fix for that in particular but if not it seems it will continue to be an issue.

    Yep mine is too and the first day I had it, it showed an Xbox One icon. At least now it shows a Series X icon.

    Someone else I know said theirs shows up as Xbox One also but has a Series X icon.

    Registered Devices Not Showing

    So, I just tested this to see:

    I registered my Series X controller.

    Sure enough, it said it was registered but wasn't showing up

    I then clicked "see details" on my Series X entry which took me to my Series X

    I then clicked "All Devices" to take me back to the previous screen and the controller then showed up.

    So, not entirely sure why it won't work for you

    Hello again,

    There is not an option to uninstall discord from the Xbox Series X. Discord does not show up as an app, as it is integrated directly into the party chat functionality. Are you suggesting that I unlink the discord account?
