Xbox One Series Elite Controller Series 2. Left analog stick not responding fully

So when I try and play a game like CoD you have to move quickly. Whenever I go from moving backwards (backpedeling) to moving forward in order to sprint my character doesn't move at full speed, thus not allowing me to sprint. Multiple people have this problem and this started about 3 to 4 months after I got this controller. Is there any solution other than replacing the controller?

It's already on the latest update and I am not spending any more money for another controller that is going to be doing this. If you're going to make a controller and price it at $180 before taxes then it should be worth that, not worth $60 and an angry B.J

Some of the design choices on the upcoming elite series 2 were made with the 360 controller in mind. The adjustable tension analog sticks will allow you to match the 360s tension for example.

Thanks Kevin I just purchased the elite series 2 controller so I could send the old one in for repair and that has an immediate issue. The left analog stick is loose which is noticeable when clicking in.

Little bit disappointed as I purchased the controller online as nowhere local has stock so another hassle to replace.

Guess I'm just unlucky.

Try this procedure: right stick, select one of the sensitivity presets.

Scroll to Xbox Elite Wireless Series 2 Controller and select Configure. Select a profile to adjust or create a new one. Select the Edit button and on the Left Stick or D-pad tab
