Xbox One Serial Code Not Working?

i got the problem resolved guys . you need to puts your serial code of your xbox on your profile on xbox.com Save a console.put the serial code what is behind your xbox and voila!!

I bought it in a 3rd party seller in Amazon. Everything is normal except the box do not have any serial# with it and the sticker with serial number in the battery is missing..The box is in perfect shape and there is no trace that the serial sticker in the box has been removed.

The seal of the box is the same with the other xbox controller I bought. And its sealed when I opened it. The DLC code also works.

This is a wireless xbox one controller (with pc cable) that I bought on Amazon alone.

I can't enter letters in the serial so that leaves only one code.

That's right, because the reset code is usually calculated from the console's serial number. So each code you find on the internet will only work for consoles with a specific serial number. The chance that a code you find from the Internet works on your
console is about 1:8600, I'd guesstimate (86 Million Xbox 360 consoles sold worldwide, divided by 10.000 possible codes)

This is to prevent kids from finding a code on the internet and circumventing the parental controls without their parent's knowing.
