    No matter what I do (hard reset, shut down, adjust HDMI, unplug and plug back in, etc.), my screen still looks double exposed. It’s only the Xbox and it looks like the same frame is overlayed on top of the normal screen, slightly off center. It’s blurry and honestly pretty jarring. I honestly have no idea what to do at this point. Is it just a lost cause??? Pic of what I’m experiencing for reference. It’s every screen btw.

    To check if it's an issue with the TV, HDMI cable, or the console itself, please try using a different TV or a different HDMI cable to test it out.

    Maybe because as a part of the plan you are exposed to potentially offensive material.. A parent wouln't be exactly happy to walk in on their child at their computer with "bad words" on the screen, sent by xbox/microsoft lol.

    If I remember correctly, look in the top left corner of screen by your gamerpic. select the arrow next to the gamerpic.

    That's what I did to add my profile to my friends console last night. Don't own an xbox one yet so cant double check
