Xbox one Screen jittering

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly try and use a different HDMI cable or a different TV, C.

If the same issue occurs, please try to turn off the Auto HDR by following the steps below:

Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options > Video modes > Auto HDR

I reset my computer trough the 'Run' command box, whichever command it was.

Also when I created a test account there was no screen jittering.

I tried using the head tracking and contextual lean features as well but I ended up turning them both off. I've calibrated my Kinect and made sure that it 'sees' me the way it's supposed to, but anytime I turn on the head tracking it thinks I'm looking off
to one side... and anytime I use the leaning feature, there have been places in the game where it will cause screen 'jitter'. It was a nice thought and it's awesome when it works the way it was supposed to... but it just doesn't work well enough (for me).
I cannot tolerate screen jitter.

K cpu hardwired connection test ran 4 times. 1st...64.76 dl w/ 4.34 ul, latency at 12 ms, jitter 8ms. 2nd...64.62 dl w/ 4.33 ul, latency at 16 ms, jitter 3ms. 3rd...64.42 dl w/ 4.26 ul, latency at 15 ms, jitter 3 ms. 4th...56.29 dl w/ 4.3 ul, latency at
12 ms, jitter 37 ms. Don't understand why they make the connection to the servers crap or if I have problems with my box. These where ran with the same connection and same cord that is used with xbox one. Go figure..... If someone has a reply feel free I'll
be here browsing.

Summary: Video Jitters During Playback on Xbox One Video Apps

Always Reproducible? Yes, but the jitter occurs at random and different times throughout playback.

Environment: Xbox One connected to LG 42LK450 TV via HDMI.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Connect the Xbox directly to the TV using the Microsoft-supplied HDMI cable.
2. Uninstall a video app to test on (Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon Instant Video, etc).
   
3. Install step 2’s app again.
4. Power down the console (set to Energy-saving mode so the O/S “completely” shuts down).
   
5. Turn the console on.
6. The xbox automatically logs in a user with access to the video apps (via Kinect).
   
7. Go directly into step 2’s app without opening any other apps.
8. Play a video within the app.
9. Watch the entire video (or a rather large portion for brevity’s sake).
10. (Repeat the above steps with a different HDMI cable to rule out cable issues)
    

Expected Result:

The video should play smoothly with no jitter, lag, or drop in framerate.

Actual Result:

About a dozen times during a 30 minute show, there will randomly be a noticeable amount of jitter / lag/ jump. It’s almost as if the framerate has dropped. The jitter remains for an average of 5 seconds then appears to go away. It is probably most noticeable
when there is a camera pan / action.

the Amazon Instant Video app, which seems to be particularly problematic (jitter occurs more frequently and for a longer duration than in other video apps). Notice how the playback is not at all smooth, but jitters. There are times when it appears to be smooth,
but within 10 seconds jitter returns.

Note that both an Apple TV and PS3 connected to the TV with the same HDMI cable, in the same port, and at the same resolution produce zero jitter during video playback. It appears that this is an issue solely with the Xbox One’s hardware or hopefully software.
