xbox one screen fades to black about 5 seconds after selecting manage games or slecting...

Mine was originally only happening when a profile was signed in to Xbox Live, but now it is happening without being signed in at all.

So you have checked the cables and tried a
factory reset of the console correct?.

Are you in the insider program at all?. I had this problem before during testing an os. But it's suggested you check the cables as well.

try to powercycle your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds to see if it fixes the issue

When this happens, have you used the TV remote to turn the TV off and back on?

I've had similar occurrences, where the screen goes blue, in my case, a TV setting, and restarting the TV usually restores the screen.

Otherwise I do a Full shutdown, reset console power supply and restart in sequence, TV,

AVR, console last of all.
