    Xbox One says I don't own Fallout 3 after I redeemed code for it


    Hello. This is my first time posting in a forum. I have just redeemed my free copy of Fallout 3 that came with Fallout 4 when I bought it 2 years ago. It is not expired because it downloaded and successfully installed. When I go to play the game it says
    I do not own the game.

    I called Xbox support and was working with them for hours and tried everything. It even plays on my Xbox 360. I don't know why it won't work. Has anybody else had this problem? If so, what did you do to get it to work?

    Fallout 3 codes?

    I'm hoping to have the codes for fallout 3 and fallout New Vegas resent to my account. I pre ordered fallout 4, but I don't think I ever redeemed my fallout 3 for preordering it. It says I own DLC for fallout 3 and New Vegas, but not the
    actual games. Any and all help would be amazing.

    Fallout 3 Code that came with Fallout 4

    Hi Team,

    My fallout 4 digital download came with a Fallout 3 code after one week that I bought it. As I was with no space on my Xbox One, I could not install fallout 3 and never redeemed the code.

    Can you help me on this? As I need the fallout 3 code and I am not able to find it on my messages.

    I have made sure I am using the same profile. It still doesn't work. Any other suggestions? I went through all of the troubleshooting steps with tech support and they can't help. They told me to call Bethesda. But I wanted to know if anybody in the community
    had a suggestion for a fix before I spend more time on the phone with them.

    Hi ! Check that you are using the same profile as you purchased the game.

    The Fallout 3 codes provided are for Xbox 360. I purchased Fallout 4 for Xbox one. I need the fallout 3 codes for Xbox one. I do not own a Xbox 360.
