xbox one -Samsung Galaxy 8+ VT

I recently bought Samsung Gear VR and Samsung Galaxy 8+.

I d like to play minecraft VR but it seems my device doesn't work yet with the controller of my Xbox one.

When the Samsung galaxy 8+ will be able to work with my xbox one controller?

Tablet+Xboxone+Smart Glass=?

I wanna get a tablet so i can use smart glass and commander mode on battlefield 4, but i have no idea which tablet to get i was thinking about the samsung galaxy note 8 or the samsung galaxy note 10.1 or even the windows surface rt tablet. But which one
do you guy's think is the best one to get and will commander mode work on them?
