    Resetting should work as suggested - if it doesn't - try reinstalling the app.

    Try unplugging the Xbox for 30 seconds. Then try turning it back on. Should work fine. :)

    Unplug the HDMI cable from your TV and plug it back in? Could also try another cable. Or another HDMI slot if possible on the TV.
