    I've had a problem I got my son a bush 50 inch tv for his bedroom and put it on wall ever since I plugged xbox in the screen was black and sometimes the screen will flash on and off and say no signal but will only work on the low mode of 640x480 on any
    other setting it does not work I've held the xbox button in for 10 secs then held both button and it came on in low mode and if I try and change it it goes black ..I bought a new hdmi lead and I can use the same lead and the ps4 works straight away and the
    xbox works on every other TV does any1 have any help plz as I want to resolve this problem for my son thanks

    HDMI Issues

    Hi Martin,

    Can you check your TV's manual and double check that the TV doesn't have a firmware update?

    Does the laptop connect to your TV on all of the TV HDMI ports?

    Have you unplugged the TV from the power source for a while and then reconnect?

    It's odd that your Xbox works on a different TV and other devices seem to be working fine on the TV with no signal from the Xbox. I would recommend trying it on one other TV if possible.

    Do you have and Xbox One original, One S, or One X?

    Xbox One will not with smaller TVs (32inch and 24inch), but works with big samsung (50 inch)

    Hi, the samsung TV is model P2770HD.

    The xbox sends a signal and powers the tv on and off, but no video signal.

    The xbox is working and the ports on the tv are working (i tried direct tv devices and all the porta are working fine.

    The HDMI cable also worked with xbox ONEand another, new TV (samsung smart tv).

    It is an Xbox One.

    See I’ve tested it on my old Emseron 720p TV, and no flickering happened. It seems to only happen when its on my newer Samsung TV with UHD Color (HDR10) enabled on the tv itself. Otherwise 4K UHD works fine??? My tv acts very weird with the Xbox One S

    I have exactly the same problem with the XBOX ONE S console. The console issues a resolution on two of my 4K TVs, only 640x480. Prior to this, the console on these TVs showed an image in 4K resolution. Resetting video tastes and full reset of the console
    with the firmware did not help! Such a feeling that the console blocked the signal! Help your advice! Thank you !
