    Hello, my xbox one s turns on but does not charge, does not send a signal to the TV and does not detect the controller (apart from not logging in) I just want to know if it has a solution, what can it be? Thanks for your attention

    Hi there!

    Let’s try to reset its display settings.

    If there's a disc in the console, eject it.
    On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
    Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You'll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don't let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start up in low resolution mode (the Xbox startup screen will appear slightly pixelated).

    Note: If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, press and hold the Xbox button and the Pair button instead, as your console doesn't have an Eject button.

    In either case, this will start up your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480).

    Make sure that your TV source is set correctly. You could also try to connect your cable to a different HDMI port on your TV.

    Luke, did you ever get a resolution?

    I've got 2 identical xboxes, and the one that is my "home" xbox is having issues identical to yours. DL/disk games, different vendors, different users, doesn't matter. Games show their splash screen then crash. I've reset it thru the system settings, pulled
    the power plug for 5 minutes, nothing helps. The discs that crash on this play fine on the other. I'd love to know what the solution was.
