    Xbox one s won't reboot


    So on the 18th of last month call of duty had a update and apparently it's crashing my Xbox one s...so i have done the factory reset and troubleshooting and days of researching and reading up on possible solutions....I've tried everything that I can think of...but today I decided to try again one more time but for some reason the troubleshooting menu won't come up like I hold for way longer than needed and no beeps or tones or anything it just stays like it is and my tv isn't even recognizing the Xbox is on and also no controllers come on any other suggestions for me to try I'm bout done with Microsoft all together if this one update really just ruined my console I will be throwing it out the window and headed to get playstation so this is my last attempt to make this work after being strictly a Xbox guy smh...‍♂️‍♂️

    Really the only thing you can do and what is recommended is that you
    continue insisting with the Xbox team, explaining the situation in detail
    since they are the only ones who can help you because they do have access to
    the accounts and can see what possibly happened. . This forum is really not the
    most appropriate medium to discuss your topic, especially since we as players do
    not have the tools to help you as it is a sensitive privacy and security issue.

    thanks but I've done all that multiple times at least 10 times but every time I try to play anything call of duty related it crashes and forces me to do reset again but now I can't even get it to show me the troubleshooting menu it will power on but that's it and after a few mins it just shuts down completely

    Hi i had the same problem with my sons game it would not load and just boot him back to the home screen. I did the reboot power cycle and it worked. Thank you for the advice one happy son= one happy mom 😁
