    Xbox one s won't reboot

So on the 18th of last month call of duty had a update and apparently it's crashing my Xbox one s...so i have done the factory reset and troubleshooting and days of researching and reading up on possible solutions....I've tried everything that I can think of...but today I decided to try again one more time but for some reason the troubleshooting menu won't come up like I hold for way longer than needed and no beeps or tones or anything it just stays like it is and my tv isn't even recognizing the Xbox is on and also no controllers come on any other suggestions for me to try I'm bout done with Microsoft all together if this one update really just ruined my console I will be throwing it out the window and headed to get playstation so this is my last attempt to make this work after being strictly a Xbox guy smh...‍♂️‍♂️

    :)

Really the only thing you can do and what is recommended is that you
continue insisting with the Xbox team, explaining the situation in detail
since they are the only ones who can help you because they do have access to
the accounts and can see what possibly happened. . This forum is really not the
most appropriate medium to discuss your topic, especially since we as players do
not have the tools to help you as it is a sensitive privacy and security issue.

Below I will leave you the link so you can contact Xbox technical support:

Hello John K, I am an independent advisor and I will be happy to help you today. My name is Khaji

I understand your frustration and I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with your Xbox One S.

Here are some suggestions that might help you fix the problem:

Restart your console: Use the D-pad and the A button on your controller to select Restart this Xbox on the There's a problem screen.

If this works, you should see the Home screen after the console reboots

Reset your console: You can reset your console from the Xbox startup troubleshooter. To reset your console from the Xbox startup troubleshooter, select reset this Xbox. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the operating system and delete all data that may be damaged, without deleting your applications or games.

Update system offline: You have to perform an offline system update

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding! If you need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us again.

thanks but I've done all that multiple times at least 10 times but every time I try to play anything call of duty related it crashes and forces me to do reset again but now I can't even get it to show me the troubleshooting menu it will power on but that's it and after a few mins it just shuts down completely
