I was checking the manufacturer's specification sheet, and Acer don't mention if the HDMI port supports a higher frequency rate or if it's locked to 60Hz.

So, even if the monitor has HDMI 2.0, which in theory allows you to set 120Hz on your Xbox Series S.
You may want to contact Acer to double-check if only the Display Port connector on this specific monitor allows high frequency rates, or if the HDMI port supports this feature as well.

If it doesn't retail for $500, it's not going to Support 120 Hz without shenanigans being played over display port and the GPU carrying the monitor

this headset was not a problem with xbox or acer nitro 5. the issue happene with my new laptop
