Xbox One S Will Not Turn On

I bought a used Xbox One S from someone who lied about its condition. Shame on me for not checking it. The console will not turn on, all it will do will beep when the eject button is pressed and the xbox logo will flash for a quick second and then nothing
will happen. I have tried every fix online and nothing will help. The console is definetly out of warranty and the warranty seal sticker has been tampered with. The cord he gave me was scuffed and when it was plugged it it was make a quick static noise. The
other cords I have tested dont make that noise. I had a device plugged in to the back to test the power and every time the eject button was pressed the device would stop charging for a second and then start charging again. Please don’t tell me to reset the
power supply because I have tried that tons of times. Any info would be appriciated.

Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or original Xbox One console won't turn on.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Try leaving it unplugged longer than 10 seconds (5 minutes). Try a different electrical outlet. If you are plugged into a power strip try plugging it into the wall outlet.

If none of that works contact
Xbox Support and set it up for a repair.

if your not getting any power to the console you might need a new power supply
