    XBOX ONE S Will not turn on.


    Hi there

    Could you possibly guide me or give help with my son's X Box ONE S.

    We can't seem to sign in on his username, the message that keeps coming up is:

    For some reason Microsoft account has taken too long to start ( 0x8027025a)

    Could you please help us with this problem we are having.

    Try leaving it unplugged longer than 10 seconds (5 minutes). Try a different electrical outlet. If you are plugged into a power strip try plugging it into the wall outlet.

    If none of that works contact
    Xbox Support     and set it up for a repair.
