Xbox one S will not turn on!!

Ok so I had gotten my xbox one s last Christmas (2017). I've never had a problem with it until just recently . I play it quite frequently and I take care of it of course, clean , don't leave it on too long. Well I had went back home for two weeks to new
York so I wasn't home and obviously didn't play it for almost a whole two weeks. when I got back home I went to turn it on and it turned on for a REALLY brief second and shut off. I was confused since that has never happened before so I kept trying to turn
it on and it wouldn't . The fan in the system would only move a centimeter and that is it. so I pulled the power cord out as gently as possible and put it back in after 10 seconds. Still nothing so I asked my mom to take me to Gamestop to see whats up with
it. When I got there I felt like a fool because as soon as the guy plugged it in he long pressed the on button and it came on. I felt embarrassed because I was trying to turn it on for days and he did it in a matter of seconds. The other employee told me if
I don't play my xbox after a period of time it will shut off completely that I just need to long press it or whatever. Came back home and it worked perfectly fine. A bout a week and half later it started doing it again. I unplugged it for a whole day then
it started working again. Now today I didn't turn it on till the evening and it wont TURN ON AT ALL when it was just working perfectly all day yesterday. I don't know if I need a new power cord, a new internal power supply or just an entirely new xbox (which
my mom cannot afford rn AT ALL)ITs so unfair I have to go through this when I did absolutely nothing but take care of it and its barely two years old. I need help please. Its so stressful. PLEASE and thank you

The best thing to do is to go to the place of purchase, you should have some warranty with them.

Xbox one S will not turn on

Good night I recently purchased an Xbox One S and after a few days of use it stopped working, I already performed all the tests according to the guidelines of the microsoft support page, however the defect persists, it turns on and after a few seconds it
turns off.

I do not have support here in Brazil, how should I proceed?

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One S not turning on. I recommend to try the following article: Your
Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or original Xbox One console won't turn on.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Try leaving it unplugged longer than 10 seconds (5 minutes). Try a different electrical outlet. If you are plugged into a power strip try plugging it into the wall outlet.

If none of that works contact
Xbox Support and set it up for a repair.

if your not getting any power to the console you might need a new power supply
