    Started having video problems that result in only being able to use 640x480 (NOT a great experience). TV supports 4K, and the xbox reports that 8-bit is supported. But when I try selecting a video option other than 640 the screen never refreshes (best case)
    or gets stuck and I have to do a hard reset.

    My TV was fully updated when I started experiencing problem, so I reset it to factory but still no luck.

    Any solutions or suggestions on next steps would be appreciated.

    • Xbox One- Microsoft Video Game Console from the 8th Generation of Video Game Consoles (includes all Xbox One Models (ie S)
    • Project Scorpio (working name)- Microsoft Video Game Console from the 9th Generation of Video Game Consoles
