XBOX One S - USA to UK Power change

You never stated which model of Xbox One it is. If it is an Xbox One, you will need a new power brick to use it on the USA power. If you have the Xbox One S or X, then you just need a new power cable for the USA power, and it should work fine.

I suspect the script reader in the call center is translating "adapter" as the AC power cord that goes from the wall to the power brick. If so, it's true that changing the AC cord will do nothing for you.



A UK 360, in the USA, will work with a USA power brick. As you stated, the input power to the 360 is in DC. That does not change. What changes is the AC voltage/frequency range that the power brick accepts.

The 100+ Arcade Games are included in "DLC Content" (Downloadable Content), they are tied to the gamertag, and that XBOX.

If you plan on using the same XBOX 360 in the UK you will need a new power supply as well since US / UK have different power voltages and the games you get from the UK are in a different format as well.

USA = 120 V and UK = 230 V, they are not compatible with each other so you'd need to get yourself a new power supply if you intend on using the same XBOX 360.

UK english or USA english?

The UK console power brick isn't rated for operation in Japan. The USA brick should function as it's spec'ed to work with both of Japan's power standards (100v, 50hz or 60hz).

Hi, the Xbox One X and the Xbox One S support multiple voltages, so yes it should work in the UK with a UK plug/power lead.
