Xbox One S Upgrade Promo Failed!

I attempted to use the Xbox Live Rewards promo and noticed that I was still charged for shipping and am unsure if I will still be receiving the 50,000 credits. I have
spoken with numerous representatives in various departments and was finally instructed to leave a post here. I do have a detailed case opened already with Xbox Live support, that you can reference for any needed information not found in this post. I would
like to clarify that I am not concerned with receiving the free game from this promo but would like to ensure that the credits will be making their way to my account as well as the possibility of refunding the $9.99 for the expedited shipping that should have
been included the promo listed above.

My 50,000 reward credits are not showing up

I purchased an xbox one s under my missions in my xbox rewards account for the current upgrade promo. It has been past 14 days and it does not show 50,000 reward credits pending In my account.

Problem with expedited shipping code for Xbox One S upgrade program

I received an email about the Xbox One S upgrade program for existing Xbox One owners where you can purchase an Xbox One S and use the included promo code for free expedited shipping. However, when I made my console & game selections on microsoftstore.com,
selected "expedited shipping" and entered the promo code - nothing happened. The page refreshed but did not remove the shipping charge; there was also no error related to the promo code.

I chatted with Microsoft Store & Xbox Support online and they pointed me to the sender of the code which would be the Xbox Live Rewards program. Here's the link to the program: Xbox Live Rewards

For clarification, I had selected the 500GB Storm Grey Xbox One S, with Batman: Return to Arkham ("The Crew" was also included for free). The Storm Grey console had been released by the time I attempted to use the code, so the pre-order stipulation on the
promo code shouldn't apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with your expedited shipping issue. Those codes were provided by our MicrosoftStore.com team, which we have been told have been updated on this offer and should have the relevant information. You can reach them at:

However, regarding your Credits, those are not attached to your expedited shipping code. That code is merely to waive the cost of shipping and is not associated with any Credit rewards, so any issue with redeeming that code should not affect your Rewards.
If you do not see your Credits pending 15 days after your console has been shipped, let us know with a new post.

The Xbox One S was the first one that didn't have the Kinect port. That is why there was a PROMO for a free Kinect Adapter.

Yeah I know but if someone is willing to upgrade to a newer more expensive system they should do the same for them.

Okay. So you already know that the Xbox One S has no Kinect port.

It is granted that you know the same thing happens on the Xbox One X.

Since it is commonly known there is no port, an adapter is needed, which is bought separately.

It was understandable that there was a promo before since it was a shift to a product with no port.

It is redundant to provide the same exact promo.

We see your purchase on the 1st of November. Credits for that offer should appear as pending 15 business days after shipping. If you do not see these Credits by that time, let us know, and we will investigate and
if necessary, confirm your purchase manually.

If you wish to cancel your Rewards Account, you can do so at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/). Unfortunately, we do not handle Microsoft
Account activity like your purchase or the cancellation of your Microsoft Account. You would have to contact support for more information on those processes. Please note that if you opt out of the program, we will not be able to award your Credits for this
purchase.

Support will double check and get back to you here, but keep in mind that the credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console shipped. It's also not a good idea to post personal information on a public forum.
