Xbox One S Upgrade - Did Not Receive My 50,000 Rewards Credits

I was a day one owner of the original Xbox One and it died at the end of October 2016. I received an email about a promotion to receive 50,000 rewards credits if you owned the Xbox One and purchased an Xbox One S from the MicrosoftStore.com site between

I purchased a promotion eligible Xbox One S console from MicrosoftStore.com on November 1, 2016, it shipped on November 2, 2016 and I received it on November 4, 2016. I have the order number if necessary. I have been using the new Xbox One S with the same
account as was used on my original Xbox One but I still have not received my 50,000 rewards credits. The same account used for both the Xbox One and the Xbox One S has been a Xbox Live Rewards member since 2012.

In the FAQ section about the promotion, it states that I should receive the 50,000 rewards credits within 15 days of the ship date and it now has been 20 days. I called Xbox Support over the phone and their only suggestion was to continue to wait. I was
eligible for this promotion, who do I need to contact in order to receive my rewards credits?

My 50,000 reward credits are not showing up

I purchased an xbox one s under my missions in my xbox rewards account for the current upgrade promo. It has been past 14 days and it does not show 50,000 reward credits pending In my account.

Hi TaillessSquare5. The Xbox One S Console offer for 50,000 Credits were targeted to select members. You were not part of that group and did not receive that offer via email. You were eligible for the Upgrade offer which was for 30,000 Credits.
