The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support does not have correct information.

In order for support to check into it, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer is not available to everyone, so you may not have been eligible for that offer and received the default 30,000 credit offer instead.

In order to receive the free shipping, you had to enter the promo code. Not all consoles were eligible for free shipping. If you did enter the code and there was an issue, you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if there
is anything they can do about the shipping price.

I saw the offer again in my email after I had purchased as well. Can nothing be done as I am really kind of upset about this. If you are all working for the same company and a question like this is not directed to the forum by other members of Microsoft
then really it isn't fair to the customer. "You spoke to the wrong Microsoft rep and therefore we don't have to honour what they told you" isn't really a good business practice.

As Smwutches says, the 50,000 Credit offer was for select members only. Since you were not even a Rewards member when the offer became available to users, it would not have been possible for you to be selected for that offer. Instead, you were rewarded with
the default 30,000 Credits.

Furthermore, from the terms and conditions for that offer which were available for review while it was live:

Limit: Each participant may receive one (1) Offer during the Program Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Offer by using multiple/different
email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's Offer and that participant may be disqualified.

So it would not have been possible to Reward for each console purchase. We see that your 30,000 Credits were placed as pending on the 6th of December, and deposited on December 28th.

I understand the distinction, but from my perspective the company that received the money from me provides the consoles for which Xbox Live rewards exists. Not xbox's, no xbox live. It may be that they do not have the correct information but your answer
about the live program forum for questions is both simple and easy for anyone in that department to convey. If you go into enron to pay for gas and the counter chap says if you get a car wash you will get an extra 50000 points for it and you buy that car wash,
then you look at your card and no points and call them and they say well the gas station has nothing to do with Enron Gas Points so we aren't honouring anything, I think you'd do the head scratch too and be pretty upset with the easy out approach.
