Xbox One S Upgrade 50,000 Credit Reward Not Received

I recently purchased the Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store for Canada specifically because of this Rewards Offer. I ordered it Mid-December, and received the box December 19, 2016. I have set it up and played on it since then, but still have yet to see
the 50,000 rewards credits added to my Xbox Live Rewards. I contacted Microsoft via Chat Support regarding the issue and I was assured that the issue would be resolved by coming here. I have looked around and still have yet to resolve my issue. At this point
I am concerned because the offer is over as of tomorrow (Dec. 31, 2016) and I have not yet received any of my credits. I am not so worried about having them in my account as I am about ensuring they show as pending at least. I also don't know if I should worry
or not since I have technically purchased and used the Xbox within the time frame of the Rewards Offer, but Microsoft should have my order information regardless.

Please help!!!

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

2nd post missing 50,000 rewards

i purchased the Xbox One S during your 50,000 promotional period, waited the 15 days after it shipped and HAVE NOT received my 50,000 reward credit!

Look up my account and provide my credit!

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

I have also upgraded to the S model through the rewards site and have not received 50,000 credits.

Seeing as how the promotion ends in 2 days I'm getting worried.

Hi TaillessSquare5. The Xbox One S Console offer for 50,000 Credits were targeted to select members. You were not part of that group and did not receive that offer via email. You were eligible for the Upgrade offer which was for 30,000 Credits.
