    Xbox one s update problems


    Hi. I've been having a problem with my xbox one s. I got an update a few days ago, but it doesn't want to update. It does download the update and it completes the verification proses, but the issue is it doesn't want to restart and apply the update. I did try some things like restarting the xbox to just give it a push but then it wants me to download it and it does the same thing. Any solution to this problem would be appreciated!

    Hdr washed out colors and dimmer during hdr content

    I am having the same problems here with my Xbox One S and my Samsung KS8000.

    The first time I used my Xbox One S HDR was fine. After a preview update the problem appeared. I reverted back to the normal update and still same problem.

    I changed some video settings like putting 12 bit colors and now the HDR problem looks solved. But definitely the Xbox one S has some HDR issues.

    Xbox One S audio cuts out for a second every 30 minutes when 4K resolution selected.

    I got an update on my LG which is an UH8500. This update fixed the issue. No update on Xbox One S so that suggests it's an LG problem and not an Xbox issue...Bombard LG with this, it appears to be their fault...
    Not true. I have a Samsung TV and I have the exact same problem, first with my s and now with my Scorpio.

    Thx for answering, the Ambassador's solution didn't worked for me. Is there any other way to repair my console without sending for repair ? If there's not, it's safe to send my console from Brazil to USA?
