Xbox one s Update error E101

I have a One s here and I am trying to download to Offline update but I am unable to access any of the pages to allow me to download the OSU files.

According to official E101 description:
"Error E101 occurs when you try to update your Xbox One console software You get one of the following error codes when you try to update your console software: E101 E101 xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Note The “x” digits vary. This means there was a problem with the update."

Hi,

I have a System Error: 101 code on startup.

Cannot access Startup troubleshooter or any OSU update files.

This is the latest error. It had failed the February update so weve been trying ro get the correct download files to hopefully get it working again. The console is NOT in the beta program either.
