Xbox one S unable to update patches on enterprise network

Our school purchased an Xbox one S recently, we tried to connect on our enterprise network to update patches. However, it is unable to update.After
contacted our network administrator, we were adviced to obtain the URL that the console to connect to the update site to whitelist.

Our network administrator explained that, part of the security of the school is that the internet (online games/download of games etc) is not allowed for xbox except when the xbox needs to
get latest patch then thats when they can open the internet so need to check the ip address/apps/ is needed to whitelist specifically for updating the xbox aside from the ports as surely the xbox will contact a certain ip/sites/apps before it uses the portforwarding.

Can we have the list of URL for whitelist? Thank you.

Having this same issue. Unable to get the update to install. I'm running Windows 8 Enterprise and cannot update to 8.1. Has a bug been introduced in Windows 8 that will kill the product for that platform?

The latest patch for COD Ghosts seems to have broken the NAT somehow.

Before the update you could get an open NAT by forwarding port 3075.

But now it's impossible.

I'm seriously fed up with the xbox ones network issues.

First of all there is the fact that the xbox ones UPnP support is broken. It's not fully compatible with most brands of router.

And it also alienates a large portion of the UK population by not being compatible with the BT Homehubs 4's and 5's

And to make matter worse the last update for GHosts has made it impossible to get an open NAT in that game.

Either the patch changed what port is required for the game or the game is just broken.
